Shipping & returns

Shipping

  • Every kit is cut to order and ships in 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping is free by UPS Ground on every order in the United States. Most orders arrive in 1–6 business days.
  • Your film is rolled in a tube and packed in a rectangular box, never folded, so it arrives without creases. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Damaged or wrong kits

If your kit arrives damaged (for example creased or torn in shipping), a piece is missing, or we sent the wrong kit, email support@beakauto.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Reports made more than 7 days after delivery aren't covered.

Perfect-Fit Guarantee

If a piece doesn't fit the window it was cut for, we re-cut it free. Before you install it, hold the piece up to the outside of its window. If it doesn't match, email support@beakauto.com with your order number and a photo of the piece against the glass. We'll check the pattern and ship a replacement piece.

The guarantee covers the year, model and version you chose when ordering. It doesn't cover:

  • a kit ordered for a different year, model or version than your vehicle;
  • pieces damaged while installing them (creased, stretched, cut or picked up dust);
  • installation results such as bubbles, specks or lifted edges.

Not sure which version you have? Ask us before you order with your year, trim and body style and we'll confirm it.

Returns

All sales are final. Every kit is cut to order for one vehicle, so we can't accept returns. If a piece doesn't fit your vehicle, the Perfect-Fit Guarantee above applies; if it arrived damaged or wrong, we replace it.

Please double-check your year, model and version before ordering.

Changing or cancelling an order

Kits are cut to order soon after you buy. If you need to change or cancel, email support@beakauto.com right away. Once a kit has been cut, it can't be changed or cancelled.

Warranty

The film carries a 1-year warranty against peeling, bubbling and fading once it's installed and cured. Damage from scratches, ammonia cleaners, or rolling the windows down before the film cures isn't covered.
