Returns & fit
All sales are final. Every kit is cut to order for one vehicle, so we can't accept returns.
Perfect-Fit Guarantee: if a piece doesn't fit the window it was cut for, we re-cut it free. Hold each piece up to its window before installing; if one doesn't match, email us a photo of it against the glass.
Damaged in shipping or the wrong kit? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it free.
Warranty
Our film carries a 1-year warranty against peeling, bubbling and fading once it's installed and cured.
Damage from scratches, cleaning with ammonia, or rolling the windows down before the film cures isn't covered.

Questions
Is it really cut for my exact car?
Yes. Every kit is cut to order from the pattern for your vehicle's year range and body style, so each piece already matches the shape of its window. You trim nothing on the glass.
What's the difference between Front Sides and Full Car?
Front Sides is the two front door windows, the ones most people tint to match factory privacy glass in the back. Full Car is every side window plus the rear glass. Neither kit includes the windshield.
Which shade should I get?
35% is our most popular: it looks clearly tinted but stays easy to see out at night. 50% and 70% are lighter and still block the heat. 15% and 5% are for privacy and are usually only legal behind the driver. Tint laws vary by state, so check yours before you choose a shade for the front windows.
What film is it?
Nano ceramic film, 2 mil thick. It blocks up to 99% of UV, up to 90% infrared rejection, and has no metal in it, so it won't interfere with GPS, cell or radio signals. It won't fade or turn purple.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Each kit comes with a squeegee and a step-by-step guide, and our install guide walks through it with pictures. Tint takes some patience, so do the easiest window first. A clean, dust-free spot out of the wind makes the biggest difference.

How fast does it ship?
Kits are cut to order and ship in 2–3 business days, free by UPS Ground. After that, most of the US gets it in 1–6 business days. The film is rolled in a tube and packed in a rectangular box, never folded.
